Over the years, I’ve learned the power of being intentional—of focusing on what we truly want to create. When we align our hearts, souls, and purpose, we create space for something extraordinary to unfold. This moment is no different. Whether you’ve been part of this journey since the beginning or are just discovering Yoga Girl® now, thank you for being here to witness this transition.

Yoga Girl® began in 2013 as a way to share my life and yoga practice, and it has since grown into a global community and trusted brand in wellness. From retreats and yoga studios to online platforms and a mission of connection, healing, and authenticity, we’ve created something truly special. But now, it’s time for the next step.

Expertise and Execution

We are seeking an experienced and professional buyer or team who can honor the Yoga Girl® legacy while strategically scaling the brand in a meaningful way. The ideal buyer will bring a mix of business acumen and execution ability, with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Business Leadership & Operations: A proven operator who has scaled businesses or successfully integrated them into an existing structure.
• Brand & Licensing Strategy: Experience in brand management, trademarks, licensing, and co-branded opportunities.
• Digital Growth & Innovation: A forward-thinking leader or team with a vision for digital wellness solutions, and scalable technology.
• Wellness Industry Expertise (Preferred): Familiarity with the yoga and wellness market and its consumers is a plus.
• Creative & Flexible Deal Structuring: Open to collaborative business models, including seller financing, equity partnerships, or other innovative structures.
