30 days, 30 themes and 30 yoga classes.

When you find yourself feeling anxious, fearful, overwhelmed, or worried, the stress of not knowing what's ahead, or not knowing how you'll get through the challenges you're facing can create a sense of heaviness that can be hard to shake.

When you find yourself in these types of positions, it's important to remember that you can always return home to yourself, to take a beat, a breath, to recalibrate yourself in a sense, and to find your center again after the disorientation that life can sometimes cause. Self-care and self-love are crucial during the days when you could easily go down a rabbit hole of endless social media, become one with the couch, finds ways to numb, or spin out in the search for answers.

30 Days of Space is a month-long community challenge designed to nourish your heart, your body, and your mind. This is not a regular, you’ve-seen-it-a-thousand-times-before Instagram yoga challenge, but an invitation to take the next month or more as an opportunity to create sacred space for yourself. This challenge was originally created right at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, a time where the world became panicked, came to a halt, and people around the world went into isolation to try and keep their loved ones and communities safe. While you may not be isolating any longer, that doesn't mean that you couldn't use some space when everything seems to be coming at you from all angles. So, take this as your opportunity to find space. Space to feel, space to explore, space to grow, space to learn, and space for whatever else you need. Even a little bit makes a difference!

The challenge is simple – you commit to practicing yoga in some form, every day for at least 30 days.

Each day comes with a specific theme – a focus for the day; a vibration, a practice, a task, or a certain energy to bring a sense of purpose into your day, and each day is paired with a yoga class (or two!) available here on YogaGirl.com.
