WAIVER FOR ONLINE CLASSES, RETREATS, WORKSHOPS AND PROGRAMS

I hereby represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical conditions which would limit my participation in the classes offered online by Yoga Girl AB. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the yoga classes, retreats, programs, workshops and any other activities.

I hereby WAIVER AND RELEASE Yoga Girl, its owners, officers, employees and instructors from any claim, demand and cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered through the online platform. In taking part in the yoga classes, workshops, or other activities offered by Yoga Girl, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries or damage, known and unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, retreats, workshops or other activities.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

While the HOME courses are intended to be deeply supportive and nurturing in a sense that could potentially benefit many aspects of life, it does not take the place of professional medical advice, diagnoses, therapy, or treatment.

Purchased Digital Content will generally continue to be available to you from this Service, as applicable, but may become unavailable due to potential content provider licensing restrictions or for other reasons, and Yoga Girl® or its affiliates will not be liable to you if Purchased Digital Content and Subscription Service becomes unavailable for further access. Yoga Girl® reserves the right to stop supporting outdated formats or technologies, which may cause accessibility restrictions.

YOGA GIRL® GIFT CARDS

All Yoga Girl® gift card purchases are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

All gift cards have a validity period of 1 year from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS OF DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Subscriptions:
When you cancel your premium subscription, you will be canceling only future charges associated with your subscription. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.

Please note, your subscription will automatically renew unless you decide to cancel before your next billing date. If you decide to cancel, you will still be able to access your favorite classes until your billing date arrives. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds if you forget to cancel before your next auto-renewal date.

If you need to cancel, you can do so by going to the person “avatar” near the top right of the website and click My Account. From there, please scroll down and click the button to cancel your membership. Follow the remaining steps from there and you'll be all set!

If you have subscribed via PayPal, please go into your PayPal account and cancel your recurring payment there as well, as we cannot cancel PayPal on your behalf.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 16 days following notice to you.

REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PROGRAMS (COURSES, RETREATS, ETC.)

Fees for online programs are refundable in the time leading up to the program opening start date, with the exception of non-refundable administrative and materials fees based on total value of said program.

You will receive a:

  • 100% refund if requested at least 30 days before the online program begins, minus an $80 USD administration fee and a $70 USD materials fee (total non-refundable amount is $150 USD).

  • 75% refund if requested less than 30 days, but more than 15 days before the online program begins, minus an $80 USD administration fee and a $70 USD materials fee (total non-refundable amount is $150 USD).

  • 50% refund if requested 15 days or less before the online program begins, minus an $80 USD administration fee and a $70 USD materials fee (total non-refundable amount is $150 USD).

Refunds requested after the online program opening start date are not guaranteed but will be considered at the discretion of Yoga Girl®.

Fees for online programs paid with an eligible payment plan before or after the start of the online program are refundable at Yoga Girl's discretion. A non-refundable deposit up to $500 is required for all payment plans.

REFUNDS FOR IN-PERSON RETREATS, TRAININGS, AND PROGRAMS

Fees for in-person retreats, trainings, and programs are refundable up to 60 days prior to the first day of the retreat, training, or program, with the exception of the non-refundable fees specified at the point of purchase.

RETURN POLICY FOR GOODS SOLD

We want you to love what you purchase from us. Please let us know via email at info@yogagirl.com how we can help!

  • Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.
  • All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached.
  • Proof of payment must accompany the return.
  • All garments are subject to inspection and returns are accepted at the discretion of Yoga Girl® AB. If a credit is to be issued, it will be issued on the manner of payment used at time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Sweden. All orders shipped outside of Sweden are shipped via DHL. All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Yoga Girl and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. For more information on these fees, please contact your local post office.

The following are the official rules for all contests/sweepstakes/giveaways on YogaGirl.com, if any, unless otherwise noted. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

All winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated and/or posted.

Winners of random email, Instagram, Twitter, or other contests will be chosen at random from emails, tweets, or other requested responses received. Entrants must send entries using the correct contest entry email address, subject line, and/or any other specific entry information and mode requested in the contest announcement. YogaGirl.com is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries, or emails, tweets, or other modes of requested responses sent but not received by YogaGirl.com for any reason, as potential contest winners. Winners of all contests will be contacted at the “sender” email address used to enter the contest, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email or notification will be considered the winner. Only one entry per email address or twitter handle used to send the email, tweet, or other mode of requested response will be considered for contest entry, unless multiple entries are specifically allowed in the contest posting. Unless otherwise specified in an individual contest post, no person may enter any contest more than once using multiple email addresses or twitter handles.

By participating in any contest or sweepstakes offered on the website, you release YogaGirl.com, the sponsor of the contest/sweepstakes/giveaway and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of any contest or sweepstakes, from any and against any and all injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the contest or sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are in no matter responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize. You hereby agree to hold YogaGirl.com and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees sponsors and assigns harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with the inclusion in, publication via or display on YogaGirl.com, or any other use authorized under these Terms, of any photo or information submitted to the website by you.

Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, YogaGirl.com may substitute a prize of like or equal value. YogaGirl.com reserves the right to alter any rules of any contest at any time.

YogaGirl.com may launch contests requiring entrants to send in photo, text or other content for display on the website which will be judged entirely at the sole discretion of YogaGirl.com. By submitting any photo or information to YogaGirl.com, you hereby grant to YogaGirl.com and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted photo or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose. In addition, the rights granted to YogaGirl.com includes but is not limited to the right to resize, crop, censor, compress, edit, feature, caption, affix logos to, and to otherwise alter or make use of the submitted photo.

By submitting any photo or information to YogaGirl.com, you hereby represent and warrant that the submitted photo or information does not and shall not infringe on any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party, and you have the right to grant any and all rights and licenses granted to YogaGirl.com herein, including but not limited to all necessary rights under copyright, free and clear of any claims or encumbrances. You acknowledge and agree that YogaGirl.com shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any photo or information submitted by you, and may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, remove, edit, modify or delete any photo or information that you submit to the website.

You understand and intend that any photo or information submitted by you to YogaGirl.com may be available for viewing, rating, review and comment on by the public, and understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with any photo or information you submit to the website. By submitting any photo or information to YogaGirl.com, you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such photo or information submitted by you to the website. Photos or information submitted by you to the website shall be the property of YogaGirl.com, and YogaGirl.com shall have no obligation to preserve, return or otherwise make available to you or others any photos or information so submitted.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting YogaGirl.com, you agree that the laws of the country of Sweden, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and YogaGirl.com or its affiliates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement of Terms & Conditions or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by confidential arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden, before one (1) arbitrator. Disputes arising from this contract of Terms & Conditions shall be settled in Stockholm in Sweden in accordance with Swedish law and by arbitration in accordance with the rules for Expedited Arbitrations of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration will be conducted in private and will not be open to the public or the media. No matter relating to the arbitration, including, without limitation, the nature of the dispute, testimony, evidence or result may be made public, reported to any news agency or publisher or disclosed to a party not involved in the arbitration. Since a public hearing or arbitration arising hereunder might cause disclosure of confidential information contrary to the intent of the parties, the parties hereby stipulate that, in the event there is litigation or arbitration arising out of this Agreement, all Proprietary Information or other confidential information, including the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall be filed under seal and the court or the arbitrator(s) may issue a protective order restricting the disclosure and limiting the use of such information to any such proceedings.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. Your continued use of the site will be deemed as irrevocable acceptable of any revisions. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
