Start in a supine flow, twisting and activating the core, then come to a seated position for a detoxifying Kapalabhati Pranayama to open up and clear out the lungs, generate energy flow, and awaken the senses. From here you will move into a strengthening sequence incorporating twists, lateral movement and hip openers, weaving Pranayama in throughout the asanas. Practice a fiery standing sequence with optional arm balances, before moving back down to the mat, settling into a gentle meditation and resting in Savasana. Use this practice to detox the mind, body and soul on the daily!
