This is a morning yoga practice to look forward to every day! If you struggle with getting out of bed, sometimes it’s easier when you have something to look forward to, like your yoga practice! Taking the time first thing in the morning to connect to your practice will help you start the day clear and centered so you can radiate positivity throughout your day. Gently warm up the spine then move into a core, side body and shoulder opening flow. Activate your body through your practice and move throughout your day feeling energized, strong and positive.
