I Am Enough favorite_border
This is the second class in the series of 'You Are Enough'. An empowerment practice designed to remind you over and over that you are enough, rewiring your brain to think it and believe it. A class designed to get you in touch with your heart, free yourself of outside opinions and influences, release self-doubt and judgments, and trust that you are enough. Begin with choosing a mantra, sealing it into your practice, then move through Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), a strengthening standing sequence incorporating shoulder openers, balancing poses, and energizing hip and heart openers. Release down onto the mat for Half Pigeon (Ardha Kapotasana), Happy Baby (Ananda Balasana), gentle twists, and Savasana.
For this class, a blanket, strap, and 1-2 blocks are optional for additonal support.
