Cultivate your awareness as you integrate body with breath, turning inwards, and finding peace. Use this Vipassana-style meditation to calm your mind, body and soul. Watch as you become more conscious of the breath, stress and tension start to fall away. Begin to recalibrate the mind to a state of awareness that everything is allowed to just be, consciously choosing to release attachments and let everything just exist as it is.
