Join Jen for this Vinyasa-based flow, which is a powerful class designed to shift your perspective on fear. This class will empower you to walk tall through the world, holding the hand of your fear, and being the boss of your own life.
An all-levels class where you are encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks when you need to, and most importantly, have a sense of humor. You will begin in meditation, dropping into where you have fear in your life, breathing through it, then sighing it out.
You'll take a moment to visualize what it would feel like to be free of fear, then you'll move through Sun Salutations, side-body openers, Crescent Moon (Anjaneyasana), Humble Warrior (Baddha Virabhadrasana), twists, and balancing poses to create space in your body and remove fear from where it resides. Consciously set an intention to release fear and return to your Mantra again and again throughout your practice.
