Eating plant-based should be easy, fun, and delicious so we’re here to help!

When we set out to create the pancake of your dreams, we started with a pure love of wholesome plant-based foods. We knew we wanted to make plant-based food that was easy, fun, AND delicious, while also addressing many of the health concerns from you, our community. Through discovery questions and feedback we steered our pancake and baking mix to be what it is today:

  • Vegan
  • Non-GMO
  • No preservatives
  • Gluten-free
  • No added sugar (contains only a hint of non-detectable banana!)
  • No soy
  • No nuts
  • No flaxseed/flaxmeal
  • Packed with organic ingredients
  • Easy to make (our mix has a 1:1 ratio; just add water!)

What about the ingredients?

Whole Organic Oats

Our little oat cuties are the main star in our pancake & baking mix! The taste, texture, and nutrition they bring pack a delicious AND nutritious combo. Incorporating this mix is a fun way to add beneficial fiber into your diet too!

Certified Organic Chickpeas

The chickpeas chosen to be a part of our mix are grown and harvested in the Pacific Northwest by 4th generation family-owned and operated farmers. Our chickpeas are also certified organic and are tested throughout the certification process for glyphosate so you can rest easy knowing you aren’t putting anything potentially harmful into your body!

Chia Seeds

These small, but mighty seeds are full of important nutrients and protein. That’s why we added them to our pancake and baking mix! This superfood is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, and also rich in antioxidants, fiber, iron, and calcium. Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke. Chia seeds have a mild, nutty flavor that is hard to not love. While they're very subtle in their taste, some even find the taste to be similar to a poppy seed or an alfalfa sprout!
